Whatever you decide to add to the house (in our case, Christmas trees), decorate it according to your own imagination and so that it matches the style of the entire gingerbread house.

For winter-themed gingerbread houses, you can cover the trees entirely with white icing, or decorate them heavily with drops that look like snow. Additionally, using different sized trees will allow you to create the overall impression of a "magical" forest around your gingerbread house.
